Opening An Account With San Francis Imports

New customers must fill-out our Credit Application and furnish 3 trade references and the name of bank. The minimum to open an account is .00 net wholesale. Re-orders of less than .00 are subject to a .00 handling charge. Standard processing time for a new account credit check is 7-10 days. If you require to order before approval, your order can be sent out COD Certified funds, or pre-paid by credit card.

Our Terms are Net 30 Days. There are "Early Buy Programs" where dating is available. A finance charge of 1 1/2% per month (18% Annual Rate) will be applied to all invoices past due.

San Francis Imports accepts the following credit cards for payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diner's Club, and Discover.
 

Shipping

All shipments are FOB our warehouse in Burbank, CA. We ship by United Parcel Service, Federal Express, United States Postal Service and LTL.

Your Order is processed and shipped within 2 working days.

Please check your order immediately upon receipt. Report any discrepancies to our Customer Service Department at 1-800-882-4916 within 10 days of receiving merchandise. Merchandise may be returned to San Francis Imports Inc. only upon prior authorization from our Customer Service Department. A return authorization number (RMA#) will be assigned to your request. Print the RMA# on the outside of the shipping carton. Unauthorized returns will be charged a 10% restocking fee. The account will also be required to pay the shipping charges.

If your shipment arrives with visible damage to the outer carton, Call UPS or the freight company immediately for a damage inspection. Please also notify Customer Service to alert us that you have a claim. No allowance can be made unless this procedure is followed.

To check the status of your order, please e-mail us at orders@sanfrancis.com We monitor e-mail to this address on a real-time basis during normal business hours and will respond promptly to your question or request. You can also call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-882-4916.

Order Cancellation

All order cancellations must be received at our corporate office in Burbank CA at least 5 working days prior to the requested ship date. If not, San Francis Imports cannot guarantee that the order will be canceled. Order cancellations should be in writing; however, if you phone in a cancellation request, a confirmation of the cancellation will be faxed or mailed to you. Refused shipments will be charged a 10% restocking fee and you will be responsible for shipping charges. All custom designs and special orders are not subject to cancellation.

Selecting Products to put into Your Shopping Cart:

Find the item(s) you want to purchase by browsing through the products section. Click on the item picture or the "Order Now" button to see its details. To Order the product enter quantity on quantity box and click on the button "Add to Cart".

The items you have chosen appear in your Shopping Cart. To change quantities, just change the number in the quantity field to the number you'd like and click on the "Update Quantity" button. To remove an item from your Shopping Basket, click on Trashcan Picture box to the right side of the amount. To continue shopping or browsing, click on the "Continue Shopping" button.

"Checking Out" -- Ordering the Products You've Selected:

Click on the picture of the View Basket Button at the top of any page to reach your "Shopping Cart." On the Shopping Cart page, click the "Checkout" button. At the order form, fill in all your information, such as billing address and ship-to address, then click the "Continue" button. Tip: If you don't have an e-mail address, type none@sanfrancis.com in the e-mail field. You'll now see a summary of your order and all the shipping and billing information as you entered it in the prior screen. An easy way to keep track of your order is to print it directly from the browser. A few minutes after concluding your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail then we have not received your order or you entered in your e-mail incorrectly (or you input "none@sanfrancis.com"). Unless you have no e-mail address or your server is down, you will probably need to place your order again.

You would then need to verify everything, and once verified you would click on the button "Order on Account" if you have a Net 30 Days which would then give you a confirmation of your order and that is all!

If you do not have a Net 30 Days account established, Click on the Button "Secure Credit Card Processing" to go to our secure server. We encrypt all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. The encryption is so strong that one estimate is that it would take a military supercomputer one year to crack the encryption. That's why the software used for the encryption may not be exported to certain countries deemed to be national security risks by the U.S. State Department.

In fact, entering your credit card number on our site is safer than using it at a retail store or restaurant, where a clerk has the opportunity to copy down your card number and expiration date! For an additional layer of security, all credit card numbers are processed on a credit card terminal that is not connected to the Internet, they are manually processed at our office once your order has shipped.
